CHILI 
1 lb. ground beef
2 sm. onions
1 can tomatoes
1 can kidney beans
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Put 3 tablespoons butter in skillet; when melted add grated onions, stir, then add ground beef mix until brown. Add salt, chili powder, pepper, and brown sugar and stir. Then add tomatoes and kidney beans. Simmer on low heat for 20 minutes.
