FRIED IRISH POTATOES 
4 lg. potatoes
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. Crisco or bacon fat

Slice potatoes into strips. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Put mixture in a bag (paper). Remove potatoes from water. Put a few slices at a time into bag and shake. Deep fry in greased. Serves approximately 8.
