FESTIVAL SAUCE FOR FISH 
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/2 c. chili sauce
1/3 c. dairy sour cream or yogurt
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
Dash Tabasco
1 tbsp. minced pimento

Combine all ingredients except sour cream or yogurt. Chill several hours. Just before serving fold in sour cream or yogurt. Makes 2 cups.
