EASY CHEESE DANISH 
2 pkg. crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
Cinnamon

Roll 1 package of rolls out in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar and egg yolks. Blend well. Spread in cake pan. Roll the other package of rolls on top of mix.

Beat egg whites until fluffy and spread over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes until brown and crusty on top. Let cool, cut and serve.
