SPINACH CHEESE BALLS 
2 pkg. frozen spinach, drained well
2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
2 lg. onions, chopped
Salt and pepper
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick butter, soft
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Thaw spinach and drain well. Combine the rest of ingredients in large bowl and mix with spinach. Chill in refrigerator. Shape into walnut-size balls. Cook at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
