SPINACH AND CHEESE BALLS | |
2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing 1 c. Parmesan cheese 4 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. softened butter Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Mix with all other ingredients in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Roll balls about the size of walnuts. May be frozen until ready to use or baked at once. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Approximately 48 pieces. |
