JAPANESE FRUIT PIE 
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
1 tbsp. vinegar
Pinch of salt
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 (9-inch unbaked pie shell

Mix sugar, butter, salt, eggs and vinegar. Add coconut, pecans, and raisins. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
