TUNA MACARONI CASSEROLE 
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked & drained
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1/4 c. chopped pimento, optional
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. fine bread crumbs
1 can mushroom soup

Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter. Add and toss with macaroni, tuna and pimento. Add eggs, milk and Worcestershire sauce. Also, add mushroom soup. Mix lightly and turn into 2 quart casserole. Combine melted butter with bread crumbs and sprinkle over macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until lightly browned.
