DEER OR BEEF JERKY 
1 1/2 lbs. meat, sliced very thin
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/3 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce

Marinate overnight in jar. When ready to fix, drain on paper towels. Then lay strips on an oven rack. Roast at lowest possible temperature (125 to 140 degrees) for 6 to 10 hours.
