1 1/2 c. crab meat 1 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. cracker crumbs 3/4 c. milk 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 tsp. dry mustard Dash hot pepper sauce 1 tbsp. lemon juice 3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1/4 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Melt butter. Add crumbs and milk. Bring to boil. Remove from heat. Beat remaining ingredients. Gradually add to milk mixture. Fold in crab meat. Bake until golden and bubbly. |
