DEVILED CRAB 
1 lb. crab meat
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. milk
3 hard boiled eggs
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 talk celery, diced
1 tbsp. grated onion
1 scant tbsp. dry mustard
Salt and white pepper to taste
1 dash Tabasco sauce
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs

Mash eggs fine with fork. Add lemon juice, onion, milk, mustard, cup of cracker crumbs, celery, sauces, salt and pepper to crab meat. Mix thoroughly. Heap shells with mixture. Put all the cracker crumbs that will stick on top of shells. Cover with melted butter. Brown lightly in moderate oven. Serves 4 to 6.
