GREEN BEANS ALMOND 
Cook 1/4 cup slivered blanched almonds in 1/4 cup butter over low heat until golden, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Pour over 2 cups hot, cooked, drained julienne style green beans. Makes 4 servings.
