JESSIE'S PEANUT BUTTER BALLS 
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted
2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. peanut butter
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar

DIPPING CHOCOLATE:

1/2 box paraffin wax
9-10 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits

Put first five ingredients in bowl and form into balls. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate if necessary to harden.

In double boiler, melt wax and chocolate then dip balls using a fork to lift them from the bottom. Place on waxed paper or cookie sheet and refrigerate until set, enjoy!
