BAKED STUFFED POTATOES 
4 baking potatoes, scrubbed, pierced
1/2 c. frozen peas
1/3 c. chopped green onions
1 pkg. Butter Buds, prepared
1/8 tsp. white pepper

Place a paper towel in bottom of microwave oven. Arrange potatoes in a circle on paper towel. Microwave on full power 9 to 11 minutes or until potatoes give slightly when squeezed. Cool. Cut in 1/2 lengthwise. Scoop pulp from each potato half, leaving a 1/4 inch thick shell, into a medium bowl, set shells aside. Mash potato pulp. Stir in peas, green onions, Butter Buds, and pepper. Spoon potato mixture into shells. Arrange stuffed potatoes on a plate. Microwave on full power 3 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika. 8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
