CANDY SWEET POTATOES 
3 med. sweet potatoes
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
Dash of salt
1/2 c. butter
1 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

Boil potatoes until tender, cool and peel. Can be refrigerated overnight. Put other ingredients in bowl and mix together. Slice potatoes and layer in baking dish, add liquid and bake at 400 degrees. Baste often, until glaze look. Keeps well and can be reheated.
