NUT ROLL COFFEE CAKE | |
2 cans big biscuits 1 stick butter Chopped nuts (I prefer pecans) 1 c. brown sugar 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 sm. jar cherry preserves (or whatever you prefer) Butter BUNDT pan with stick of butter. Melt remaining butter. Spoon jelly in bottom of pan. Add nuts. Mix brown sugar, butter and cinnamon. Open biscuits and dip into brown sugar mixture until each biscuit is completely coated. Arrange in bundt pan by standing biscuits on edge. Pour left over mixture over biscuits. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Flip over on plate and serve while warm. |
