CHEESE BRUNCH 
10 slices white bread
Softened butter
3/4 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
8 eggs, slightly beaten
3-4 c. light cream (or whole milk)
1 tsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. dry mustard

Butter bread on one side and cube. Grease a large shallow baking dish. Put in 1/2 bread cubes, 1/2 the cheeses, then repeat both. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over the bread and cheeses. Refrigerate 8-24 hours before baking. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
