LAURA'S BEANS 
1 (16 oz.) bag of sm. red beans, cook separately
1 (#3) can of las Palmas Chili Colorado (Enchilada Sauce) Mexican chili powder - Chili de la Agela
1 med. bell pepper, chopped fine
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1 sausage - chorizo (pork)
1 lb. lean ground beef, add 3 cloves mashed garlic & chorizo & cook together
1 lb. pork, chopped fine, cook then add to hamburger

Drain all soup from beans and then add Las Palmas to beans. Cook beans and sauce together for about 1 hour. Add 1/2 can beer to meats. Add 1/2 of the little bag of chili pepper. Combine all ingredients and let simmer for about 1 hour.
