3 LBS. OF BISQUICK 
8 c. flour
3 c. nonfat dry milk
1/2 c. buttermilk (powdered)
1/3 c. baking powder
1 tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening

Mix together with pastry blender until shortening is little beads.

When ready for biscuits, add water. Or for pancakes, add water and eggs.

Keep in airtight container.
