CHICKEN ALA VAUGHN 
Boneless chicken breasts
Flour
Olive oil
1 can whole tomatoes
White wine
Ground rosemary
Fresh squeezed garlic
Mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Coat chicken in flour. Brown in olive oil. Pour off oil. Add 1 can of whole tomatoes. Separate tomatoes into large chunks. Add 1 cup white wine, pinch of salt, pepper, and ground rosemary. Add a 1/2 clove of fresh squeezed garlic. Simmer for 45 minutes covered. 15 minutes before serving, add whole mushrooms.

Serve with "Ranch" flavored rice, a veggie casserole and some warm rolls. Yum Yum.
