CHICKEN BROCCOLI, RICE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 whole chicken breasts
1 c. rice
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. curry powder
Grated Cheddar or Parmesan cheese

Cook broccoli until about half cooked. Cook chicken breasts in water (boil). Remove from juice and use 1 quart of liquid to cook rice. Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place cooked rice in bottom; break up chicken breasts and place over chicken. Spread broccoli over chicken. Mix soup, mayonnaise, curry and pour over broccoli. Top with grated cheese. Bake about 30 minutes until bubbly.
