CHICKEN CROQUETTES 
1 1/2 c. chicken cooked and cubed
1 bouillon cube, chicken
1/2 c. diced onions
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. milk
1 pkg. crescent rolls
Salt, pepper and paprika to taste

In mixing bowl mix together cream cheese, butter, milk, salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Add chicken mix together for a minute or so. Separate crescent rolls so you use 2 sections together and put some of the mixture in the middle and spread out a little. Then wrap up like an envelope. Brush a little melted butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until brown. If you like, mix up a package of brown gravy mix. Serves a family of 4.
