CHICKEN CHOW MEIN | |
1 fat hen, cooked and cut up. Fry onion - 2 cups - 3 minutes in fat. Add 2 cups celery; chopped, salt, pepper. Add green pepper and liquid of chicken and cook all for 5 minutes. Add drained bean sprouts and chicken. Cook it 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown gravy sauce. Add 2 tablespoons cornstarch to thicken all. Serve on chow mein noodles. |
