LOWFAT OAT BRAN MUFFINS 
2 1/4 c. oat bran
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. honey
2 egg whites
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/4 c. skim milk

Lowfat and low cholesterol recipe. Mix together first four ingredients. Stir in honey. Mix rest of ingredients together and add to first mixture. Line muffin tin with paper baking cups. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 17 minutes. Store in refrigerator in plastic bag.
