CRANBERRY HOLIDAY QUICK BREAD 
Cream 1 cup sugar with 4 tablespoons shortening. Add 1 cup milk, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract and 1 teaspoon orange extract. Beat well. Add mixture of 2 cups flour, 3 teaspoons baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and 1 teaspoon salt. Stir in 1 1/2 cups chopped cranberries.

Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan and bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 50 minutes.
