1 1/2 c. sweet potato
1/2 c. honey
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. pecans
1 pie shell, unbaked

Mix honey and salt in sweet potato. Beat eggs, then add them, sugar, vanilla and pecans to mixture. Place in unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
