3/4 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. baking mix (Bisquick, Jiffy, etc.)
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
Fruit for topping, if desired
Cheesecake Topping (below)

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches.

Place milk, vanilla, eggs, sugar and baking mix in blender. Cover and blend on high for 15 seconds. Add cream cheese, cover and blend on high for 2 minutes. Pour into plate. Bake until center is firm, 40 to 45 minutes. Let cool.

CHEESECAKE TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

Mix together and put on cake.
