PORK CHOPS CREOLE 
6 pork chops
1 c. celery
2 tsp. chili powder
1 onion
1 lb. red kidney beans
12 oz. can whole kernel corn
1 c. raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. olives (optional)
Pepper to taste

Brown pork chops, saute celery and onions. Add chili powder and cook 1 minute. Stir in beans, corn, rice, soup, water, salt, oregano, pepper. Place in greased baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil and bake approximately 1 hour at 350 degrees.
