PORK CHOPS CREOLE 
6-8 pork chops, 1" thick
4 tbsp. shortening
1 c. catsup
1 c. water
2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Saute pork chops until brown, add all ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
