CHOCOLATE CINNAMON BUNS 
3/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/3 c. baking cocoa
2 1/4 c. flour
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add shortening, salt, sugar, egg, cocoa and 1 cup flour. Beat 2 minutes. Stir in the rest of the flour. Cover; let rise until double in bulk (about 1 hour). Stir down, turn out and roll into 13x9 inch rectangle.

Spread 1 tablespoon butter on top. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top so it completely covers the dough. (The brown sugar should be quite thick.) Roll up dough into a log. Cut dough into 12 pieces. Place in 9 inch pan. Let rise until doubled (about 1 hour). Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees.
