BROCCOLI PIE 
1 9-inch unbaked pie shell
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
1 c. Ricotta cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. (4 oz.) Mozzarella cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 c. spaghetti sauce (heated)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together broccoli, Ricotta, Parmesan, Mozzarella and eggs. Pour into pie shell. Bake 45-50 minutes or until set. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve with spaghetti sauce. Serves 6. Can use spinach for broccoli.
