FETTUCCINE WITH HAM AND PEAS 
1 lb. fettuccine
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, thinly sliced
1/4 lb. boiled ham, cut into pieces
1 c. peas
2 lg. eggs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook pasta. Set aside. Saute onion in butter in skillet or frying pan. Add ham and peas, lower heat and keep warm. In large bowl break eggs and mix well. Add cheese to eggs. Pour fettuccine into egg and cheese mixture and mix quickly to cover pasta. Stir in ham, peas and onions. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve immediately.
