FETTUCCINE WITH PEAS AND HAM 
1/4 lb. Prosciutto or baked ham, cut into thin strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 c. heavy cream
1 c. cooked peas
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. each chopped chives and parsley
1 lb. Fettuccine, freshly cooked and drained

Saute ham in butter. Stir in flour. Slowly add cream. Cook, stirring, until sauce thickens. Add peas, cheese, chives, and parsley. Add to Fettuccine. Toss. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese if desired. Serves 4.
