PEAS & CELERY 
1 oz. pkg. frozen peas
1 c. celery, cut diagonally
1/2 c. sliced green onions
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chicken bouillon cube
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix peas, celery and onion, bouillon cube and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan. Heat to a boil. Simmer 5 minutes, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into vegetables. Heat and stir until thickened. Add butter, salt and pepper; serves 4.
