1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 1/3 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. finely chopped onions
1 tbsp. Beau Monde Spice Island Brand
2 jars dried beef (rinsed in boiling water, dried and chopped)

Mix and put in scooped out bread. Serve with fresh vegetables.
