COLE SLAW 
1 sm. head cabbage, shredded fine
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard, not dry
1 sm. carrot, grated
1 stalk celery, sliced thin
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. cider vinegar
Salt & pepper

Adjust amounts of seasonings to quantity of cabbage used. Can add chopped green or red pepper if desired.
