MOLDED COLE SLAW 
1 pkg. lemon Jello
Salt
1 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. cold water
3 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. mayo
1/2 c. sour cream
Pimiento & parsley (opt.)
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. grated onion

Dissolve Jello in water. Add vinegar, salt and cold water. Stir in remaining ingredients. Chill until thickens well.
