1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
1/2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. radishes, sliced
4 tbsp. green pepper, diced
1 tbsp. onion, grated

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar, and salt. Chill until partially set, beat until fluffy. Add remaining ingredients. Mold, chill until set.
