CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 med. to lg. cabbage (cored)
1 med. onion
1 lg. carrot (grated)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. dairy sour cream
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. caraway seeds
Salt and pepper to taste

Finely grate cabbage and place in large mixing bowl. Mix in onion and carrot. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, sugar and caraway seeds.

Toss dressing with cabbage. Season cole slaw with salt and pepper. Chill thoroughly before serving. Serve with Orange Roughy Fillets on a bed of sauteed green onions. 8 servings.
