CREAMY COLE SLAW 
1 sm. can (2/3 c.) evaporated milk
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seeds
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. shredded cabbage
1 carrot, shredded
1 stalk celery, diced

Stir together evaporated milk, vinegar, honey, salt, celery seed, pepper and mayonnaise. Chill until ready to serve. Combine cabbage, carrot and celery. Chill.

To serve: Pour evaporated milk mixture over cabbage mixture. Toss well and serve immediately. Makes 6 (1/2 cup) servings.
