CREAMY DILL SLAW 
4 green onions, sliced
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream*
1 c. mayonnaise*
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 (16 oz.) pkg. coleslaw mix
1 (10 oz.) pkg. finely shredded cabbage
chopped fresh dill (garnish)

Stir together first 8 ingredients in a large bowl until mixture is blended. Stir in coleslaw mix and cabbage. Cover and chill 8 hours. Garnish, if desired.

Yield: 8 servings.

Preparation: 10 minutes. Chill: 8 hours.

*One (8 ounce) container light sour cream and 1 cup light mayonnaise may be substituted.
