"AL'S" BUTTER ROLLS
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. butter
1/3 c. water
4 tsp. butter
8 tsp. sugar
Nutmeg
Cinnamon
Ginger
Pumpkin pie spice

Mix 1 1/2 cup flour and the salt. Cut in 1/3 cup of butter, mix well. Add a little water at a time until dough is stiff (you want the dough on the tough side). Divide dough into 4 equal parts. Roll out each part on floured board until dough is 1/8 inch thick. Cut edges to 8 squares. On each square put 1 teaspoon butter in the middle and spread out slightly. Sprinkle each with 2 teaspoons of sugar, then sprinkle each with a little nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and pumpkin pie spice. Then bring corners together at center and pinch them closed. Sprinkle a little sugar and more of the spices on top. Place in uncovered baking dish sprayed with Pam. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until slightly brown.

4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
