STROMBOLI 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. water (warm)
2 oz. vegetable oil
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt

FILLING:

1 1/2 lbs. cooked sausage
12 to 15 slices American cheese
12 to 15 slices salami
1/4 lb. thin sliced ham
4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Mustard
Butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Oregano

Blend water, oil, salt, and yeast well. Add 2 cups flour. Stir until kneadable while continually adding remaining flour. Knead until flour is well mixed into dough. Divide dough into 3 balls; oil them and refrigerate until firm. With each dough ball, roll out thin on a floured surface. Spread on top of dough: Mustard, cheese, salami, ham, and sausage in layers. Fold ends of dough toward middle and pinch together. When this has been completed for all 3 balls, place them on a cookie sheet. Sprinkle with butter, salt, pepper, and oregano. Bake on 500 degrees for 10 minutes until browned. Serves 6.
