FRESH PUMPKIN PIE 
Pastry for 1 9-inch pie crust or 1 frozen crust
2 eggs
2 c. cooked, mashed fresh pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 2/3 c. light cream

Prepare pastry or use a store bought one. Beat eggs. Beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and bake 45 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
