SPINACH STRAWBERRY SALAD 
Salad:

1 lb. spinach, torn
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 c. pecan halves
1 tsp. butter

Brown pecans in butter, in oven or on stove. Tear spinach, cut strawberries in half. Toss all together with dressing just before serving.

Dressing:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. oil
1 1/2 tbsp. poppy seeds

In a mixer or blender, mix first 4 ingredients, add oil slowly. Add poppy seeds.
