SHRIMP CREOLE 
4 (2 lb.) bags shrimp
1/4 c. salad oil
3/4 tbsp. fresh green onions
1 can tomato paste
4 bell peppers
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. pepper

Boil shrimp 5 minutes. Same water, use oil, flour, and onion. Add shrimp. Coat shrimp. Add paste and pepper. Simmer 15 minutes. Hot stock leftover, cook 1 hour.
