GRAM'S CHEESE CAKE 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. graham cracker crumbs

Dissolve gelatin in water. Chill until slightly set. Then beat until frothy and solid. Blend cream cheese and sugar in large bowl, until not gritty. Chill evaporated milk until very cold. Beat with mixer until extra stiff. Blend, fold gelatin into cream cheese; then fold in stiff evaporated milk mix. Prepare 9"x13" flat pan. Cover bottom with graham crumbs. Pour mix onto crumbs. Sprinkle with more crumbs. Can be decorated with maraschino cherries.
