CREAMY VINAIGRETTE 
1 egg
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
Pinch of pepper
1/2 c. olive oil

Mix egg, vinegar, onion, lemon juice, sugar, mustard, garlic and pepper in blender. Blend well with blender on slow. Add oil, blend until thick and creamy. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
