BUTTERMILK DRESSING 
1 tsp. chopped parsley
2 tsp. chopped dill
1 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic, minced
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. vegetable oil

Mash garlic with salt, add mustard, vinegar, oil and buttermilk; shake in herbs and pepper. Mix well and store in refrigerator.
