BUTTERMILK HORSERADISH DRESSING 
3/4 c. cultured buttermilk
2 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1 tbsp. sugar or honey
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. prepared mustard

Combine all ingredients; mix thoroughly and chill. Serve with cabbage, tossed green salads or fresh fruit. YIELD: 1 cup.
